Last week’s comment about Hajati Hamida Namatovu’s banging body by a one Eva Kabiwsho didn’t go unnoticed and today the outspoken senga teaches about food and sensuality.
Much as I am aware that there is nothing like an ideal body and that every body is beautiful, I also know that there are great bodies and there those that are not so great. Standards of beauty may change over time but the element of attractiveness doesn’t change much. At my age I still turn heads and I am comfortable having sex with the light on. I have the energy of women three decades younger than me because I take care of my body by feeding it the right kind of foods. I always see young girls gorging themselves on chips (French fries) and pizza and I want to cry. Do you know what you are doing to your bodies? There is so much abuse a body can take and you will pay for it a few years from now.
There is nothing more attractive than a woman who knows her way around the kitchen. That’s why our ancestors referred to marriage as ‘okufumba’ (cooking) because food is an intimate connection with the bodily pleasures. A good meal has the power to unveil a world of unawakened pleasures. If you are an awful cook chances are that you are lousy in bed too. The sure way a man’s heart is through the sensual red zone known as the kitchen.
A woman must always be fresh, light and vibrant. How do you do that? By eating food that is fresh and light. A poor diet leads to low sex drive while some foods have the power to make you feel sexier and get you in the right mood. Sexy food still has the taste nature gave it, and there’s no better choice than organic, fresh food. I implore you to pay close attention to your next meal; take a close look at the foods on your plate if it isn’t fresh and organic it has no business going into your body.
Drink lots of milk and yorgurt. They are high in calcium which prevents osteoporosis. Eat plenty of fruits the more raw they are the better.
Green leafy vegetables like Spinach are high in vitamin K and also contain calcium and magnesium which help slow the breakdown of bone that occurs as you get older. It has also been proven that the folate a vitamin B in those leafy vegetables helps prevent birth defects.
Don’t forget the avocadoes. Avocados are high in monounsaturated fat, which has been shown to help you drop weight, including from your troublesome middle.
Avoid foods that leave a lingering smell long after you have eaten them. Things like goat’s meat or (ffene) jackfruit distort your natural smell.
Did you know that not filling your stomachs entirely can help you stay young? Medical research suggests that lower T3 levels may slowdown the aging process to some extent. Therefore, getting away of those calories, which lowers the production of T3, a thyroid hormone can actually help in slowing down the aging process.
Drink lots of water daily. Water, indeed does a brilliant job for your body and skin. It helps in combating wrinkles and dark circles. It also plays a pivotal role in keeping your skin radiant. You cannot go wrong with this one when it comes to looking young and vibrant.
