Ordinarily, a car is a form of transportation from point A to point B, but scratch a little bit below the surface and you find a whole lot of interesting things. The truth is no one just buys a car, no matter their financial situation because it is an integral part in the way someone tries to present themselves to society and a very big investment to boot. Therefore a car says a lot about how a man thinks about himself, his social status, marital status and personality. The country of origin of a car is also crucial because it will tell you a lot  about the man’s relationship to his mother and consequently to other women.

So, the kind of car a man drives and where it came from paints a rather clear picture of his tastes, attitudes and vanities.  Here are some examples.

Land Curiser/Range Rover

Men who drive SUVs like  Land Cruisers, Escalades or Range Rovers are aggressive, loud and love intimidating others. Of course we all want men who are in charge but too much of this personality can be too much to handle. The man behind the wheel of an SUV is a take-charge man who will work to make you feel comfortable and secure. If he succeeds in making you feel this way, don’t get too comfortable, because he will expect things, once established, to always stay the same. If he takes you to a new restaurant, enjoy it once, because he will only take in new experiences every so often, so it doesn’t matter whether you like, if he doesn’t you will never go back there.

BMW/Lexus/Audi

Luxury sedan drivers tend to be accommodative and easy to get along with although they can be a bit dull and boring at times. They perceive themselves fair minded conformists in favor of everyone being free to pursue what they like. They are probably vainer about their intellect than their appearance. You can get away with anything but not manipulation and mental games.

Lamborghini/Ferrari

If this man didn’t want people looking at him, he would have opted for a less flashy ride. He loves to flaunt what he has got and loves the spotlight too.  Because he likes to show off big time, he is looking for a lady he can show off, too. He definitely wants a woman who walks the walk and looks the part; the full package.  He knows what’s impressive and makes waves and sticks to what’s expected of him. So, don’t expect a lot of surprises out of this guy. But, you will be treated to the utmost luxury when you’re with him.

Pick-up Truck

A man who owns a pick-up truck is inherently community minded and enjoys being part of something bigger than himself. This is a future family man and a joy to have when something around the house needs fixing. He may be a bit set in his ways, though, as the pickup truck owner has definite ideas about the way the world works and is not interested in straying too far from these perceptions, no matter how inaccurate or out of touch they may be. Getting a pickup truck driver to change his mind or admit he was wrong is a major accomplishment.

Convertible

This is a man who loves freedom and stays clear of committed relationships.  If you are looking for someone who always knows the good clubs, happening bars and other new phenomena on the scene, he is your man. As much fun as the relationship might be, it will never transition to a true love relationship.

Classic 

A man who drives a classic car is diligent and fastidious, a hopeless romantic and someone who considers his relationship to be part of a grand drama. There might, in fact, be too much drama, as you are relegated to a co-starring role in any relationship with him.  His love for classics shows that he appreciates that which can stand the test of time and loves commitment.

DMC

Someone who drives a dirty, rundown piece of junk with parts missing and a constant squeak might reflect a man who can’t afford a tune up, has no clue about cars to fix it himself, or is too lazy and wouldn’t know how to take care of a woman if his life depended on it.  He will love anyone; he has no standards. This is the kind of guy you settle for when you have given up on your big dreams and are just trying to make it day-to-day, month to month. He settled for the car and he settled for you, too. He might not aim higher when it comes to cars but you can aim higher for a partner. Run as fast and as far away as possible.

 America

An American-made car brand represents a relationship with women that is based on trust and freedom. A man who drives an American car brand is more comfortable with a woman who has her own individual identity.

Asia         

Cars from Asia, primarily Japan, represent a relationship with women that hinges on a defined role.  A man who drives an Asian car wants the woman in his life to serve a well-defined role.

Europe

European cars represent a need to appear classy and a superficial affiliation with lifestyle appearances rather than relationship depth. From Fiat to the Beemer, Lamborghini to Rolls Royce, European cars are driven by men who either are players or perceive themselves to be players even though they are not successful at it.
