Love Goals: The Ten Commandments Of Love

love

Love is not just about finding the right person but creating the right relationship.  It’s not about how much love you have in the beginning, but how much love you build until the end.  A relationship should be healthy, caring, loving, kind, upbeat, and positive.  And it is impossible to do this when you don’t know how.

As Maya Angelou says, when you know better, you do better. These commandments aren’t curved in stone and they are not the be all and end all but rather just guidelines to inspire each individual forge their own version of their perfect relationship.

1. Thou shalt give unconditional love.

2.Treat your partner the way you want to be treated each day, with love and respect.

3.Let your actions mimic your words.

4.Follow your heart, but listen to your mind.

6.Thou shalt be consistent and reliable.

7.Thou shalt encourage, nurture each other’s passion.

8.Thou shalt create many good moments together.
