Have you ever woken up too late to have breakfast and too early for lunch yet you are famished? Instead of trying to force either meal why not prepare a meal that will combine the two meals in one? It should be a great first meal to get your day started off on the right foot and also give you much-needed brainpower and energy to get through whatever activities or chores you have planned for your Sunday. Treat yourself and your family to this delicious and filling easy to make meal. This combination of eggs, meat and fries will leave your family satiated until the next meal is ready.
– Boiled eggs
– Bread crumbs
– Cooking oil.
– Beaten egg
– Coriander leaves
– Grated carrots
– Any other spice of your choice.

Boil eggs until ready, remove the shells and put aside to cool.
Remove sausage meat and discard the outer covering.
Roll sausage meat into round balls. Flatten out sausage ball, place boiled egg on top and cover the egg with the meat completely. (Rub your hands with flour for easy handling.)
Heat a bun or slice of bread in an oven or in a saucepan over heat. Crush the dried bread to make bread crumbs or use ready store bought breadcrumbs. Dip in flour, then in beaten egg and lastly in bread crumbs.
